Liz Ruskay has been an avid sports fan her entire life. A tri-sport athlete in high school, she values and understands the importance of teamwork, camaraderie and perseverance.
Liz has forged a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry and is also a wife and mother. She understands first hand the challenges of balancing ones health with the demands of daily life.
In 2016, Liz discovered her love of CrossFit. In addition to the obvious health benefits CrossFit offers, she was more impressed with her CrossFit community and the strength and support she received from everyone she met. It was the X factor that was missing from every other fitness program she tried.
Liz hopes and is passionate about providing that same experience to all SWAGG members. And although she still considers herself a CrossFit “work in progress” she very much looks forward to improving side by side with SWAGG members.
